Do you offer visits for puppies and nervous pets?
01Yes. We offer puppy first grooming visits and grooming familiarization sessions that move at a calm pace and focus on comfort before a full groom is considered.

Frequently asked questions
Helpful answers about calm grooming visits, booking, and what to expect before you arrive.
How do you decide what grooming can be done?
02We begin with a temperament and history inquiry, then assess comfort and handling before deciding what can be completed safely during the visit.
Can a session be changed during the appointment?
03Yes. A session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped if a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern.
Will I receive notes after the groom?
04We can provide a written grooming summary at handover, including the work completed and practical care notes for between visits.
How can I book an appointment?
05You can book by phone, email, or contact form. We serve pet owners in Al Wakra by appointment.
