Gentle Grooming for Puppies and Sensitive Pets
Every visit begins with a temperament and history inquiry so the groomer can understand coat condition, sensitivities, and what your pet is ready for. This helps shape a safe and realistic grooming plan before any service begins.
For puppies, the first grooming visit is designed as a short introduction rather than a full groom. The session may include familiarization, light handling, and selected comfort-led steps, with scope adjusted to your pet's comfort and coat needs.
Calm sessions, clear communication, and careful handling from start to finish.
Furry Elegance offers appointment-based grooming for young pets and dogs that need a slower, more considerate approach.
If a pet becomes highly stressed, shows pain, breathing difficulty, aggression, or another welfare concern, the session may be paused, shortened, or stopped. When matting or coat condition makes a requested finish uncomfortable, a shorter practical result may be recommended.
At handover, you receive a written summary that explains what was completed, any areas that needed extra attention, and simple coat-care guidance between visits. If the agreed groom needs to change during the appointment, approval is requested before the scope is adjusted.
